RNH On Demand hosts over 500 classes on our exclusive members app which are divided into three main areas - classes, courses & community. 

CLASSES

Our classes provide training across a range of different areas such as dance fitness, dance technique, core conditioning, flexibility and individual areas such as turnout and front clicks. 

Includes: Outdoor Audio Workouts, Stretching Videos, Speed & Stamina Classes, Jump Rope, Technique Tutorials, Core Condition, and MORE!

 

COURSES

Our courses provide a set training plan between 12-24 weeks for you to follow along to. This is best placed in the build up to a Major competition.

Includes: Junior Fitness Academy, Senior Fitness Academy, Majors Academy, Injury Prevention, Nutrition, and MORE!

 

COMMUNITY

Our community is an area where you can engage in monthly challenges to collect points, watch weekly interviews, and learn from over 1000 likeminded members.

Emily Colangelo

Emily is the current World Champion, All-Ireland Champion, Irish National Champion, 3 x Ulster Champion, British National & All Scotland Champion. 

Robert McAvoy

Robert is a UK renowned Strength & Conditioning coach having developed Olympic level athletes across 11 different sports.
