Alliyah is a 6 x World Champion, 7 x All-Scotland champion and a 4 x GB Champion. Alliyah is currently on an unbeaten streak since 2013.
Emily is the current World Champion, All-Ireland Champion, Irish National Champion, 2 x Ulster Champion and GB champion.
Robert is a UK renowned Strength & Conditioning coach having developed Olympic level athletes across 11 different sports.

1. Stamina and Endurance - a 40 minute dance fitness class
2. Speed and Sharpness - a 25 minute dance fitness class
3. Core Conditioning - a 20 minute core class
4. Technique Tutorials - a 30 minute breakdown class focusing on the execution of each step
5. Beginner Basics - Preparing dancers step by step for our more advanced classes
