Lauren Early

Lauren is a 6 x back to back World Champion, 5 x All-Scotland Champion, 12 x Ulster Champion and the creator of Reaching New Heights.

 

Alliyah O'Hare

Alliyah is a 6 x World Champion, 7 x All-Scotland champion and a 4 x GB Champion. Alliyah is currently on an unbeaten streak since 2013.

 

Emily Colangelo

Emily is the current World Champion, All-Ireland Champion, Irish National Champion, 2 x Ulster Champion and GB champion. 

 

Robert McAvoy

Robert is a UK renowned Strength & Conditioning coach having developed Olympic level athletes across 11 different sports.

5. Beginner Basics - Preparing dancers step by step for our more advanced classes
