Our classes provide training across a range of different areas such as dance fitness, dance technique, core conditioning, flexibility and individual areas such as turnout and front clicks. Here is an example from our class section.
Our courses provide a set training plan between 12-24 weeks for you to follow along to. This is best placed in the build up to a Major competition.
Our community is an area where you can engage in monthly challenges to collect points, watch weekly interviews, and learn from over 1000 likeminded members.
