Our training is available 24 hours per day and is designed to be completed at home with minimal equipment. This means you have the convenance of practising at a time that suits YOUR needs.

With our on-demand training you can choose what you want to work on based on your own weaknesses, selecting from a range of dance classes and fitness lessons that you need to improve on.

Lauren is a 6 x back to back World Champion, 5 x All-Scotland Champion, 12 x Ulster Champion along with many other major titles under her belt. After finishing touring with Lord of the Dance, Lauren made it her mission to provide every dancer access to the type of training that is required to reach the top.
